Warehouse Specialist (multiple positions full and part time)
Sovana Global Logistics has an opening for full and part time warehouse specialists. Must be have flexible work hours, understand warehouse operations (packing, shipping, receiving, and validation) and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in driving a forklift is desired.
International Operations Specialist (1 full time position)
Sovana Global Logistics has an opening for a Full-Time International Operations Agent. The position is responsible for quoting, routing, rating, updates our system with status of shipments, monitoring and coordinating international shipments (air/ocean import/export) from pick-up through to delivery. Position requires working directly with Customers, account reps, and international partners to expedite shipments, avoid delays, and resolve problems. International operations experience required (minimum 3-5 years). Candidate must possess commanding working knowledge of all rules, regulations, governance and documentation preparations as it pertains to both Imports and Exports. Must have excellent customer service, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills. Organizational skills are required due to high volume and demands of the position. Must be able to use MS Word and Excel.
Admin Assistance/Data Inputter (1 full time position)
Sovana Global Logistics has an opening for a general administrative assistant. Position requires minimum 50wpm typing skills, MS Word and Excel Spreadsheet proficiency, and a strong customer service orientation. This position will enter information into our database system, assist with company human resources duties, organize and maintain files.
